Annual Sullivan County property auction set for June

ROCK HILL - Sullivan County’s annual real estate tax foreclosure auction is scheduled for next month in Rock Hill.
The auction starts at 9:30 a.m. on June 12 at the Ramada Rock Hill at the Sullivan Event Center at 283 Rock Hill Drive, according to a news release from the county.
Anyone interested can register to bid online by 4 p.m. on June 10 at www.nysauctions.com, in person that day at the Ramada at 6 p.m. or on the day of the auction starting at 8 a.m.
Properties up for sale can also be viewed at that website.
Sullivan County Treasurer Nancy Buck encourages potential bidders to attend a seminar on the auction process at 7 p.m. on June 10 at the Ramada.
Selected properties will be personally shown on June 10 and 11. The schedule will be posted on the auctions website and in Buck’s office by June 7, according to the county.
All sales are subject to final approval by the Sullivan County Legislature.
