*HOTEL POLICIESA resort fee of $22.00 per night will be added to your guest room rate. 

Please note, the guests will be charged a one night’s room and tax deposit at the time when they make their reservation in order to guarantee their room per the signed contract.


If the guest need to cancel their reservation for any reason they may do so by 72-hours (3 days before arrival). Once the guest have their cancellation number their one night’s room and tax deposit charge will be refunded to them.

2018 NTLA UNIVERSITY POLICIESCancellations/Refunds: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via mail or email (info@ntla.com) only within 24 hours of registration. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after 24 hours. NTLA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.  

Substitutions are gladly accepted! Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substition request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.  Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
